PATRICK V. WALDRON PATRICK V. WALDRON was born in Keokuk, Iowa, on December 23, 1969. He attended Marycrest College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in 1992, and Drake University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 1995. While at Drake Law School, Pat was Articles Editor for the Drake University Agricultural and Food Law Journal. He was part of the National ATLA Mock Trial Team, was a member of Delta Theta Phi and received the Academic Achievement Award in Advanced Torts. He joined the Patterson Law Firm in 1995. Pat is a member of the Polk County, Iowa State (including the Workers' Compensation Section), and American Bar Associations. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Iowa CLE Seminar Committee for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Iowa Bar Association. Pat has been a presenter at the Iowa Workers' Compensation Symposium, the Iowa Workers' Compensation Lawyers Annual Seminar and the Iowa State Bar Association Seminar on topics including bad faith, penalty, hearing presentation, cumulative injuries and ethics. He has a general practice including but not limited to civil litigation and workers' compensation. Pat is active in civic and charitable organizations including the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Beaverdale Little League Board. Pat has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
