We are located on the 7^th floor of the Insurance Exchange Building at 505 5^th Avenue, across from the Polk County Convention Complex.
From Interstate 235, take the 5^th Avenue Exit south. Drive six blocks. The Insurance Exchange Building will be on your left at the corner of 5^th and Grand Avenue.
Public parking is available at the following garages within one block of our building:

Ligutti Parking Garage, on 5^th just north of our building
City of Des Moines Parking Garage, at the corner of 4^th and Grand
