Mark A. King

Following graduation in May of 2001, Mark clerked for the Fifth Judicial District of Iowa for one year and for the Iowa Court of Appeals for one year.  Following these clerkships, Mark began practice at the Patterson Law Firm as a litigation associate before becoming a partner in 2008. During his time at Patterson, he has successfully tried several jury trials in addition to workers’ compensation hearings.

In his personal time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. In addition, he is involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training and its efforts to raise money and awareness through endurance sports, namely triathlon.
